Abstract
From the Presidential addresses to town hall meetings, front page headlines to position statement posted in doctors’ offices, health care reform is one of the critical issues facing American society. The proposed reforms address complex issues and competing interests such as patients’ access to health insurance coverage and health care services, the cost of health care and potential payment sources, and the quality of healthcare services delivered. Join us for a public program on this hotly debated issue where the speakers will examine the need for reform, proposed legislative solutions, and various responses to these proposals.
