Abstract
The Act defines the crime of domestic terrorism, includes it under crimes covered by Georgia's RICO Act, and provides for the maximum punishment for the crime. Finally, the Act provides that murder committed in the course of domestic terrorism will be considered an aggravating circumstance for the purpose of applying the death penalty.
