Abstract
The Act provides the Board of Natural Resources with authority to modify the vehicle emissions program in Georgia as required to conform to the changes in federal regulations. The Act gives the Board power to increase the number of counties affected, change the emission inspection fee, require a certain amount to be spent for repairs, and set standards for emissions testing.
