Abstract
The Act expands the definition of trade secret and other related terms, provide remedies for misappropriation of trade secrets, permits payment of attorneys' fees in cases of bad faith misappropriation, requires preservation of secrecy in judicial proceedings, and establishes a statute of limitations for trade secret misappropriation actions.
