Abstract
The Act expands protection for government employees under Georgia's Whistleblower Protection Act to include all local and municipal employees. The Act, by expanding whistleblower protection, seeks to prevent government fraud, waste, and abuse. The Act also expands how a whistleblower can report fraud, waste, or abuse.
