Abstract
The Act establishes that a seller or a holder under the Retail Installment and Home Solicitation Sales Act (RIHSSA) will not be liable if the seller or holder can show by clear and convincing evidence that a violation was not intentional and resulted from a bona fide clerical or typographical error. The Act also provides that only individual actions may be brought under the RIHSSA.
