Abstract
The Act regulates the use of automatic telephone dialing and announcing equipment within the state. This equipment can be used only by permit-holders and when prior permission of the recipient is obtained, with certain exceptions, and only between certain hours. The caller must be identified and an automatic disconnection is required. The Public Service Commission is responsible for enforcement. June 1, 1987
